EULP Database Model Issue

Hi all, I downloaded one of the open studio models from the NREL EULP database, but am unable to run the model on my local machine. I get the following error when I attempt to run "* Severe * <root>[Schedule:File][baths] - Missing required property 'file_name'." The only mention I could find of this error is here, but did not help my cause. I am attempting to run the model in the OpenStudio application. Any knowledge anyone may have would be greatly appreciated
