I am trying to run a simulation of a 2-unit multi-family home on BEopt 2.8 with a finished basement, but it keeps terminating. If I model the home with an unfinished basement without changing any other input, the simulation runs fine. I tried to adjust window areas, tried different weather files, tried adjusting basement and wall heights, but the error persists. This error only appears with a multi-family home with a finished basement, and it does not happen with a single-family home with a finished basement. The error I get is as follows. Please any help would be appreciated.

6/14/2022 1:49 PM: 1.xml: Error: * ~~~ * During Warmup, Environment=SYDNEY A NS 3344 SQFT, at Simulation time=01/01 00:20 - 00:22 6/14/2022 1:49 PM: 1.xml: Error: * Fatal * Program halted because of convergence error in SolveForWindowTemperatures for window WALL12-WINDOW1

The issue might be caused by the foundation heat transfer model. See here for a possible solution.
