How do I enter in new space infiltration design flow rates in OpenStudio?

If a zone or space has and infiltration rate of 0.3 cfm/sf how do I put this into openstudio?

Click on the thing circled in red and edit the properties on the right. Or drag a new one from the library and then edit the properties if you need to.

Is this the only place to do so? I had, for some reason, leftover DSOA objects that weren't used but were crashing the simulation. I removed them manually in notepad++. Was there no alternative?

Using 1.9.0 I am able to 'add' a Space Infiltration Design Flow Rate only bringing one in from a library and editing it on the Space Types grid view. The gist of this git issue suggests the problem and the intended solution. https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/is... Looking forward to this feature being implemented : )
