Are multiple shading controls for one window possible?

I was wondering if it was possible to assign two different shading controls to the same window.

In my case, I would like to add a blind when the window is exposed to high solar radiation during the day and a roller shutter during night.

You can assign different shading materials in EnrgyPlus using EMS. In that case, you are allowed to change the charecteristics (i.e., SHGC, U-Value) of the window shade in a time step level (ref: here).
