Simulation on OpenStudio failed

I'm new using OpenStudio and the first time I tried to run a simulation it failed. There is in fact another issue just like mine in this forum but the solution didn't applied to my case.

Here is what appeared on the 'Run simulation' tab:

Initializing workflow.
Processing OpenStudio Measures.
Translating the OpenStudio Model to EnergyPlus.
Processing EnergyPlus Measures.
Starting Simulation.
