Hello,

I am trying to model a building whose back wall is below grade but the other walls are not. Does anyone know how to model this in Trane Trace 3D Plus? Please see picture below.

Thanks, Amirimage description

No experience using Trane Trace 3D Plus. Yet if EnergyPlus remains its behind-the-scenes simulation engine, then EnergyPlus' built-in KIVA module is right at the top of the list for sloped terrain. If there were no Trace 3D Plus interface hooks for KIVA, then you could always recover the generated IDF and do it by hand.
