Thermals zones problem

Hi,

J created models in Sketchup used to Openstudio, So J have a peoblem with thermals zones, J make thermals zones in each models but simulation failed.

Without thermals zones simulation run

Whats wrong with my model J used Sketchup 2017

Can you look for the file named eplusout.err, open with a text editor, and update your question with the severe and fatal errors text copied from that file.
