OpenStudio Result failed
This comes up when I run the simulationn and I don't understand why.
[14:00:02.000037 WARN] EnergyPlus reported area is 0 (m^2). OpenStudio reported area is 19289 (m^2).

I'm not sure there's enough information here to solve the problem. I have not seen this specific error. The first things might be making sure your OS Reporting measure is up to date (via BCL for example), also running the model without the OS Reporting (or other reporting measures) measure to make sure that really is the source of the problems.
Also assuming the E+ simulation was successful (or you're able to get one by pulling some measures out) you can review the E+ outputs for any hints.
Thank you. I've been struggling with the same issue and finally following steps in your comment resolved my simulation issue. The only thing is I receive the error of "Failed to save model, make sure that you do not have the location open and that you have correct write access". What is this for?
