How to fix duplicate name found in openstudio [closed]

* Severe * Duplicate name found for object of type "Controller:WaterCoil" named "Controller Water Coil 21". Overwriting existing object.

I've got this error but I do not know where to fix it because it is only 1 coil. Please help me fix this error. Thank you
