Hi , Could any one Please assist to clarify for the Weather file missing during simulation of building performance by the eQuest.
Some files cannot be fetched automatically from the DOE2 website due to a change in the DOE2.com website server that now distinguishes upper/lower case but did not previously. So in those cases you need to download the file manually and place into your hard drive weather subdirectory and make sure it is in the same place eQUEST is looking (you can see that on the site data property sheets). Changing a property sheet requires being in detail mode, but that will not change the name for a website automatic fetch. When using only the wizard you can also select a specific location on your hard drive for the weather file as an option so that an automatic location is not selected.
This is on our list to fix in a future update.
