How to calculate UTCI and WBGT given relative humidity, temperature, wind direction and wind Speed

Can someone plase help me with the solution?

I have to calculate WBGT and UTCI outdoor given only this information:

  • relative humidity
  • temperature
  • wind direction
  • wind speed

You may want to also clarify what the acronyms UTCI (universal thermal climate index?) and WBGT (wetbulb globe temperature?) stand for if others don't know them already.
