Why when I open an Openstudio model in Sketchup ther are missing surfaces?

Your post needs a little more detail. What version of SketchUp and OpenStudio, does a dialog pop up with any errors, what kinds of surfaces are missing, and was the model originally authored in SketchUp or somewhere else?
