Hello. I am now trying to model a house in SketchUp using open studio and energy plus. When I open a nem document in SketchUp it already appears with three thermal zones created without doing anything. I have already tried to uninstall and install again but the problem remains. Does anyone know how to solve this? Sketchup version is 7 and energy plus is 6. Thank you very much.

@BarbaraOliveira can you include an image of what you're seeing in SketchUp when you open a new document? Also, can you confirm that you're using Legacy OpenStudio in SketchUp (works with EnergyPlus IDFs) and not OpenStudio (works with OpenStudio OSMs)?

@BarbaraOliveira, did I read those versions correctly. SketchUp 7 came out in 2008, and EnergyPlus 6 was released around 2011. Hard to support these on modern operating system. The first thing I would try is to get the current version of OpenStudio (3.3) which includes EnergyPlus (9.6). Use them with SketchUp 2021. SketchUp 2022 just came out but may not be supported yet for the SketchUp Plugin.
