I have a capacity of 75liters for hot water per day/person for 5 apartment units. How do I add the hot water capacity to Open studio model to get water system consumption?

The total water consumption is 235 l/person for a building of 20 occupants. Therefore 75 liters from this is for hot water. The building is in Halifax. I am using the default peak flow rate of 0.00036m3/s. For 20 people, the hot water consumption will be 75 x 20=1500l per day right? How do I add the capacity of 1500l per day to open studio water measures? What do I need to change in the OS: Water heater mixed edit tab next to loop. I need to calculate the water systems energy consumption in kWh. How to convert the peak flow arte to schedule? How should the schedule be made for 24 hrs? which one to use. The temp is 120F or 48C.
