Convergence error in SolveForWindowTemperatures for window - Design Builder

Hi everyone, I've this severe error in Design Builder simulation: *Convergence error in SolveForWindowTemperatures for window 466210_WALL_3_0_0_0_0_0_WIN * ~~~ * Environment=WINTER DESIGN DAY IN ZEB (01-01:31-12), at Simulation time=01/15 24:00 - 24:10 * Fatal * Program halted because of convergence error in SolveForWindowTemperatures for window 466210_WALL_3_0_0_0_0_0_WIN*

The strange thing is that this error only occurs sometimes despite not changing any data between one simulation (working) and the other (not working which returns this error). Someone can help me? Thank You in advance
