Hello everyone! i am new to openstudio energy simulation. i imported revit file to openstudio. it showed error (errors in gbxml import i.e. surface has two adjacent spaces which are the same space). i pressed ok and continue on with it. i thought maybe its ok. then i did not made any changes in the file and run it for simulation. it failed after 2-3 minutes. can anyone help me please. i would be very grateful.

thanks in advance

Can you post or host online the eplusout.err file that you will find in the model companion folder. If your model is named my_model.osm, look for the folder ./my_model/run. In the OpenStudioApplication, on the run tab, you have a button "Show Simulation" in the top right corner that will open this folder directly in your files explorer.

Your eplusout.err is truncated, so I'm unable to see what caused the simulation to fail. You should start at the bottom of the file, and find the first Severe error before the Fatal one.

At least I can tell you that you should probably add Design Days to your model.
