2 story apartment building in Nova scotia which runs on heating oil. How to model heating oil in open studio? Which hvac system is efficient for use on heating oil?

At first glance, it should not be an issue to switch fuel types (e.g. fuel oil #2) in EnergyPlus. However, there may indeed be an issue in the OpenStudio Application (not sure of the OpenStudio SDK).
