schedules in designbuilder [closed]

what designdays (summer and winter) means in designbuilder schedules? which days? and why when i change the load fraction for designdays my simulation results will change? because in designbuilder help it was mention that schedules for designdays only have an effect on izing not simulation tab results.

Increasing the load on the design day will have an impact on the system sizing. One would expect to see the simulation results change if the system capacities are significantly different and perhaps undersized.
You can verify the systems capacities by comparing the .eio files from both runs.

Regarding the design days used for Winter and Summer, these are specified in DesignBuilder at Site level > Location tab.
