MBL StratifiedEnhancedInternalHex fails

I made a simple model using the StratifiedEnhancedInternalHex. However, when I try to run it, I get the attached error messages. This seems to a problem within the tank model. The corresponding example works, so I don't think the problem is in the library, Dymola or the computer itself.
