Cannot download OpenStudio Release 3.2.1 for Mac

I am unable to download OpenStudio Release 3.2.1 for my 2017 MacBook Pro. My Mac is up to date and runs macOS Big Sur version 11.6.

We had problems in the past when we hosted installers at NREL, but has been pretty solid on GitHub.com Have you tried a different web browser, internet connection or restarting your computer. It would help to have a little more detail. Did it appear the installer started to download and didn't complete, or did it appear to finish downloading but won't launch?
