Choosing setpoint manager for packaged rooftops?

I looked through this post, and had the same question for three similar single-zone systems: 1) packaged gas/DX rooftops 2) packaged electric strip/DX rooftops. 3) packaged HP rooftops

I've been using the SetpointManager:SingleZoneCooling setpoint manager placed after the supply fan on all three of the above, configured with a 55F minimum supply, and 90F maximum supply given the 75F and 70F cooling and heating setpoints, respectively.

I am new to the nuances of setpoint managers vs system types and need help in determining if this is the correct approach. Thank you for feedback.
