Are EnergyPlus defaults number in HVACTemplate references to ASHRAE standards?

Hi, greetings fellow BIM users!

I was wondering if EnergyPlus any defaults number, for example under HVACTemplate as shown in the picture, is already following ASHRAE guidelines? Or is it comes from EnergyPlus itself? Where does these defaults number referencing to?

I'm trying to simulate a building which follows ASHRAE 90.1 guidelines under Fan Total Efficiency and Fan Delta Pressure, so if the defaults are already follows ASHRAE, I wouldn't change it.
