Dview not opening after updating to SketchUp pro 2021

Hi

I changed the external path to dview and now I cannot open Dview from the results summary tab. The file loads for some time and it crashes without opening the result on Dview. My file eplusout.sql file size is only less than 20MB. Can anyone please help me on this regard?

This issue doesn't seem like it has anything to do with upgrading to SketchUp Pro 2021. It sounds like you updated the path to DVIew using the OpenStudio Application Preferences->Configure External Tools. Is the path in that dialog correct? Can you open the DView application at that path?

I removed all files and reinstalled everything from scratch. Now the Dview works fine even though it takes time to load because of the unit conversion. The problem occurred when I updated the path after installing OS 1.2.0 and SketchUp Pro 2021. I tried copying the Dview application file on Desktop and still, it didn't work. The problem is resolved now after I reinstalled OpenStudio and SketchUp. Thank you for your support!
