OpenStudio models for prototype commercial buildings

Is there a database or source for .osm files of prototype commercial buildings? (specially midrise to high rise apartments)

Appreciate the guidance.

Hi, thank you for pointing this out. Just to check does it export the HVAC systems as well? I will try it out nevertheless. Thanks again! :)

It will generate the HVAC system as well in the Prototype buildings.

Hi! There is a mesure to use in OpenStudio, from NREL, in the Building Component Library to create DOE Prototype Buildings. Here is the link: https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/83591
