Actuators of the DOE prototype models

Hello everyone,

I'm working on the small office, DOE prototype models. I want to control the airflow rate or power of the heat pump at zone level for developing a differential equation of the building and then a grey box model of the building. For this purpose, I'm trying to get the handle of actuators. I can get the handle and control of the setpoints in schedules but cannot get the handles of the other actuators listed in the ".EDD" file. For instance, I cannot get the handle of this actuator:

EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator Available,PSZ-AC:1 HEAT PUMP DX COOLING COIL,Coil:Cooling:DX:SingleSpeed,Autosized Rated Air Flow Rate,[m3/s]

I'm using python plug-in for the co-simulation not EMS.
