I can't find the openstudio results
Hi,
When i import my model from sketchup to Openstudio in the measures tab i can't find "Openstudio Results". I have already downloaded it on BLC but i can't find it under QAQC. Thanks
Just wanted to make sure you are looking in the measure tab and not in the "Apply Measures Now" pop up dialog. Two other questions. Do any measures show up? Do you have multiple versions of the OpenStudio Application, and are you using the one that is not the oldest one? I'm assuming you are using the OpenStudio Application and not PAT, let me know if that isn't the case.
If you are using PAT I may be able to assist... don't have a lot of experience with the OpenStudio app.
Hi, Thank you for the answer. I am pretty sure that i am looking in the measure tab. I am using the version 2.5.0 but i would like to upgrade to the current version . The problem is also with the sketchup plug in which is compatible with sketchup 2019 but the only version of sketchup that i can download on the web is the 2021 version. Yes, i am using the OpenStudio app. Sorry for my english.
Switching to OpenStudio 3.2.0 will let you work with SketchUp 2021 and should also address the ability to use OpenStudio Results. If you downloaded OpenStudio 2.5 when it was new and downloaded OpenStudio results from BCL then it would have been fine. But if you now go back with old version of OpenStudio years later, we have a version of the measure that doesn't support that old of a version of OpenStudio.
An updated BCL due out soon will be better at serving up multiple versions of measures, but we will not back version to 2.5.
