Openstudio Sketchup Plugin v1.2.0 Ruby modeleditor loading error

Hello,

I recently installed the newest Openstudio 3.2.0 with Openstudio Application v1.2.0, PAT v3.2.0, and the Sketchup Plugin v1.2.0 in Sketchup 2021 according to instructions. However, when I load SU, a message pops up: "Error loading OpenStudio Sketchup Plug-in: 127: The specified procedure could not be found. - C:/openstudioapplication-1.2.0/Ruby/openstudio_modeleditor.so"; "Do you want to check the version compatibility matrix?".

[openstudio_modeleditor.so] is installed in the indicated folder, but the problem persists and I cannot use OS. Does anyone know how to solve this?
