Energy consumption compare to between VRF and Fan Coil System
Hi Everyone,
I would like to consult you about a point. I want to compare energy consumption between HVAC systems. So I created a box. I will evaluate the energy consumption results of the fan coil system and VRF system. However, when all schedules are the same, the energy consumption of HVAC systems is quite different. There is a box of sizes 20x20x10 m. The box scenario with Fan coil system consumed 240 Gj of energy. In the scenario with VRF HVAC system, it consumed 2143 Gj of energy. When the Ideal Air Load is on, 367 Gj of energy is consumed. The VRF system's Heating CoP is 4.3 and Cooling CoP is 3.8.
Do you think the VRF system results are normal?
What should I control in the VRF system?
