Modeling Personal Cooling Fans

Looking into methods of reducing energy consumption of an office building I have modeled in Openstudio, I am interested to propose personal cooling devices such as personal cooling fans for example. These can be portable and battery operated fans, they can also run as USB fans.

For my HVAC system, I have a hot water loop with a boiler and cold water loop with an absorption chiller. I have defined different AHUs loops and FCUs equipment for the different thermal zones. My temperature setpoints for the offices are between 22-25 Celsius for cooling and 16-22 Celsius for heating.

I think the fans that are not consuming any electricity can be thought of standalone devices, but how would you model this and the HVAC settings in Openstudio ?
