How can I model a split unit air conditioner in OpenStudio serving three zones with three different thermostat setpoint.

I am trying to create a Model for a house with three zones having three different setpoint served by a split AC I can model them by specifying individual PTAC to each zones but how to model three zones with one Splitunit having three units serving three zones?

Yes, But I want those units to be served with only 1 compressor.

Maybe you should consider to model the system like a VRF.

if you have a system with an outdoor unit that feeds three indoor units, it’s a typical VRF system. You can find this kind of system in the HVAC tab on Opentudio.

So What I was thinking of Creating an Empty Airloop and then attaching a PTAC but that is not feasible, I do not know how to model VRF in openstudio, But could you please which system are you specifically talking about?

I have uploaded the image on the drive for a VRF system how can I replace a VRF termianl with a normal temrinal box.

You can model the VRF terminal as the internal unit of the ar conditiong equipament and the VRF system as your outdoor equipment.

But the actual system is not a VRF, I have a system with an Outdoor Unite serving three different zones. If I add a VRF system I cannot delete the VRF to add a new system in place of VRF.That is my biggest concern while modeling VRF.

That system is called multisplit, and is very similar to one VRF. You don't make a big error if you considerer as a VRF.
