No cooling load (HVAC Load Profiles) and what is the difference with the calculated design load?

For my master's thesis I have to model a residential building in OpenStudio together with a fellow student. We are trying to determine the impact of future climate scenarios on floor cooling systems.

We validated our model by comparing the output: zone indoor air temperatures with measurements from thermometers/sensors on-site + we checked different other output parameters. Conclusion, our model is quite accurate.

One of the parameters we want to use, to see the impact of future climate scenarios is the cooling Load. But I don't know what the difference is between the HVAC Load Profiles and the calculated design loads. After reading some related questions, I think it is more correct to check the HVAC Load Profiles because this forms the basis for dimensioning the cooling system. Is this correct?

We are cooling our building using radiant floor cooling, coupled with 2 vertical boreholes and a fluid-to-fluid heat exchanger. Our system works but we don't see any cooling loads on the HVAC Load Profiles in the OpenStudio Results. Can anyone help us out? See picture below!
