How to create a weather file for locations with no weather data provided by EnergyPlus?

hello!

I am using OpenStudio for my simulation. The location which I am working on is Kabul, Afghanistan and there is no weather data provided on the EnergyPlus website. I have collected data for 2 parameters (temperature, relative humidity) which are recorded on daily basis. Is it valid to create a weather file, by editing the *.epw file of any city provided by the EnergyPlus website, and put 1-year data on the correct field and delete all the rest of *.epw info? Can I create a *.epw file with just these 2 parameters? If not please recommend any resource where I can find these data. Thank you

Hi - you should be able to find weather file from Climate One Building website (http://climate.onebuilding.org/WMO_Re...) for Kabul. You'd generally need more parameters than temperature and humidity to create valid EPW file (e.g. wind, SW/LW radiation etc.).
