Hi everyone,

I'm using EMS Actuator to override the Out door Air Flow Rate by using like below:

EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator,
west_oa_flow_override, !- Name
West Data Center OA Controller, !- Actuated Component Unique Name
Outdoor Air Controller, !- Actuated Component Type
Air Mass Flow Rate; !- Actuated Component Control Type

and

EnergyManagementSystem:ProgramCallingManager,
ExtCtrl-Based Setpoint Manager, !- Name
AfterPredictorAfterHVACManagers, !- EnergyPlus Model Calling Point
ExtCtrlBasedSetpointManager; !- Program Name 1

using with @ExtCtrlAct (rl-test-bed-for-energyplus patch) to send parameter to EnergyPlus.

EnergyManagementSystem:Program,
ExtCtrlBasedSetpointManager, !- Name
SET west_oa_flow_override = @ExtCtrlAct 7,
SET east_oa_flow_override = @ExtCtrlAct 8,

Here is my model. I compared the value that I send with the value West Zone Outside Inlet Node: System Node Mass Flow Rate per timestep and It was matched.

I wonder that if I override the air flow rate like this way, it can cause any fail value (by set the fixed value) about the system calculation in temperature and humidity or power consumption (the temp , humidity value for the mixer box, etc), and the ProgramCallingManager that I set for the program is true or false?

I hope that someone can give me the advice to solve my problems. Thank for all your support.
