https://bcl.nrel.gov/ does not send emails
I can not recover a lost password or create a new account. This website is not sending the emails properly. I think it has had this issue before, if i'm not mistaken.
@David Goldwasser has had to sort this out for other users, hopefully he can help you out as well.
