How would you model a solar thermal hydronic heating system serving a radiant floor heating system?

I am helping my brother-in-law design a net zero home and we want to consider a large thermal storage system integrated into the foundation. I am looking for a simulation model that could model this system. The radiant floor heating system would use the solar storage first before backup heat is provided.
