How do I solve this problem guys?

Result: Success

Initial Condition: Gathering data from EnergyPlus SQL file and OSM model. Will report in IP Units

Final Condition: Generated report with 21 sections to ./report.html.

Warn: Annual Overview section failed and was skipped because: Optional not initialized. Detail on error follows.

If you look at the EnergyPlus HTML file dos the building have a non-zero floor area. That is the most common cause of this. Also look for OpenStudio spaces that are not included in thermal zones which will trigger a warning about OS and E+ floor area not matching. would also look in the new warnings section of OpenStudio Results (at the bottom) if you were running additional measures. It will add warnings from those measures to the HTML report which might give an indication of the cause.

I looked these steps but...

=== Final Error Summary ===== *** The following error categories occurred. Consider correcting or noting. *** Nominally Unused Constructions *** ..The nominally unused constructions warning is provided to alert you to potential conditions that can cause *** ..extra time during simulation. Each construction is calculated by the algorithm indicated in the HeatBalanceAlgorithm *** ..object. You may remove the constructions indicated (when you use the DisplayExtraWarnings option).

I compared two simulations That one that failed and one "ok!" There's no difference between "eplusout.err" The difference between simulations is that one I put materials construction and the other I used the Standard 189.1 in program. So... I didn't understand the cause of the problem.

@SerCer I just updated the BCL copy of the report from our GitHub repository. If you still see this issue with that copy can you share the model. When you launch the OpenStudio Application it should update your locally copy but if it doest this post describes deleting your BCL directory or using the GitHub repository.
