How to Model Water Cooled Package Unit

Hello,

I am trying to model A medium sized office building that has a small data center using OpenStudio. The primary heating/cooling for the entire building is provided by a central plant (chillers, boilers, cooling towers), AHUs, and various terminal units. The data center has a two water cooled package units that cool the space during the times that the central plant is scheduled off. The units utilize Dx cooling and have a condenser loop that uses one of the cooling towers for heat rejection.

I don't see an existing template for this type of unit. Can I create something similar using the package Rooftop unit template and adding a heat exchanger that connects to the existing condenser water loop?
