Results Tab Not Showing OpenStudio Report
Hi.
I went through my first project with OpenStudio and built a very basic building in Bellingham. After finishing my project, my results tab would show a report from OpenStudio and EnergyPlus. However, when I saved my project later that evening there was an error, the weather data was lost, and the application crashed.
Now after re-adding the Bellingham weather data, when I run my program and look at the results tab, only the EnergyPlus report is available. I can no longer see the OpenStudio report.
Does anyone know what happened? How can I fix this so that I can see the OpenStudio report again?
Thank you!
@Solomon Duke does this post answer your question? You'll need to apply the OpenStudio Results measure to your model in the Measures tab of the OpenStudio application. Without it, you will only see the default EnergyPlus report after a simulation finishes.
Thanks! However, I am struggling to find the OpenStudio Results measure in the Measures tab. I am using version 3.1.0. When I expand my measures library there are no options to add.
Actually this doesn't apply anymore because my instructor has had me change from version 3.1.0 to 2.9.1. This makes my project unable to open entirely. I will have to start new. Thank you for the help though!
If you don't see OpenStudio Results in the Measures tab under the Library panel on the right, you need to download it from the BCL. It's easiest to do this in the OpenStudio application by clicking on the menu Measures / Find Measure rather than manually downloading the files and saving to a specific folder for OpenStudio to be able to use the measure.
