Often after saving a new file to make some changes, and then running it, I get an error because it cannot find any of the measures. If I go to the measures tab, they are still shown, but none of their input fields appear. If I reopen the file, all the measures (OS, E+, and Reporting) disappear. So I am forced to re-add them and recreate the inputs.

This has happened multiple times with multiple different models that are entirely separate from one another. The only connection I can see is that it seems to maybe happen more often after I leave OS open and put the computer to sleep.

There was a bug in OpenStudio 2.9.1 that could result in loss of data if you attempted to save while the model's companion directory was open in Windows explorer. This could easily happen if you were looking at simulation results during a simulation because the model is automatically saved after a run. Do you think that was the issue? Have you had this same problem with OpenStudio Application 1.1.0 (which includes a fix for this bug)?

That doesn't seem to be the issue. I tried replicating it by doing what you describe, and it didn't happen. I haven't made the switch to the OS app yet, so I don't know if it's an issue there. I will keep a close eye next time it happens and update with more info.
