predicted zone temperature in next weather data

HI! I have a idea,but I don't know whether this method is feasible.I want to use the next weather data to predicted the next day zone temperature by the temperature control strategy.. Now ,I have some question. first,How to add the next weather data to the IDf File. second,How to adjust the strtegy when the predicted zone temperature exceed the range. then,I want to know Whether the temperature setting data is only available in the IDF file Schedule.comPact or somewhere?
