Guide for ZoneHVAC:HybridUnitaryHVAC Tables?

I would like to use the ZoneHVAC:HybridUnitaryHVAC in EnergyPlus 9.4 to model some HVAC equipment that I only have experimental data for but I am overwhelmed by the number and size of the table inputs for the object. There is an example file, but that didn't help a whole lot and the IO Ref documentation

Field: Mode <#> DEPENDENT VARIABLE Lookup Table Name This optional alpha input field specifies the name of a Table:Lookup object that describes DEPENDENT VARIABLE for Mode <#> as a function of six independent variables: outdoor air temperature, outdoor air humidity ratio, return air temperature, return air humidity ratio, supply air mass flow rate, and outdoor air fraction. If this field is blank, Mode 0 will not be considered for any period that requires ventilation, heating, cooling, humidification, or dehumidification. If this field is blank, when Mode <#> is chosen (during standby periods) the DEPENDENT VARIABLE will equal the DEPENDENT VARIABLE.

isn't very specific. Are there any tools available that compute the tables, like the excel files that create curves for some of the DX objects?
