How to model Air to water heat pump in openstudio with boiler as a backup.
I know that I can model the heat pump water heater as a zone object and a similar question has been answered here.
My question is what do I add on the demand side of the plant loop? I was able to add a water heater tank on the supply side of the plant loop that is referenced by this heat pump. Now I see a coil:waterheating:Airtowaterheatpump object on the openstudio edit tab when clicking on heat pump zone equipment but do not see it anywhere in the GUI. Also, how do I connect this coil to an air loop since the heat pump is treated as a zone object?
