  2. Weather file used, if any?
  3. Version of Energyplus used.

Weather file used = meteonorme .epw Version of Energyplus used = v 9.3

@rasha are these constant indoor temperatures or outdoor temperatures? You should be able to add images to your post to help explain your question.

Probably because you are modelling ideal loads and room temperatures accordingly remain at the set point. Temperatures should start to vary if the boundary conditions change in such a way that heating or cooling is no more needed.
