Has anybody set up autotune for calibration of Eplus models?

Autotune is an open source software developed by ORNL. I followed the instructions given on the GitHub. However, I am facing problems in setting up autotune. The batch file 'autotune.bat' is not opening.

Are there any other pre-requisites for installation? Seek your help...

No, I couldn't find the answer there. I read the post as well as instructions given on GitHub. Do you have any other suggestions for me?
