Has anyone ever downloaded the “rtcontrib Lesson” document on Radiance-online?

The "rtcontrib Lesson" document was created by by Dr Axel Jacobs,which was ever posted on radiance-online.However,for some reason,it has been removed.So I can not download it.Has anyone ever downloaded it ,and would you be so kind to send me a copy of it? Axel took it down from his site for his own reasons, and doesn't wish for it to be shared. The good news is Andy McNeil at LBNL wrote up two excellent tutorials on using rcontrib (which replaces rtcontrib anyway), one for the three phase method and another one for the five phase method. You can grab 'em here:
