how to use phase change material to make a movable insulation

hello everyone I would like to use movable insulation with phase change materials In a training program .(choosing materials with phase change propertys in object :movable insulation)However the result is not in line with my expectations and the phase change propertys didn’t play to the performance.In energyplus ,could we use a movable insulation,whose material is PCMs? I would be most grateful if you could send me some information about my questions

Hi there, it seems like the following: -2:Fully liquid -1:Melting process 0:Transition phase 1:Freezing process 2:Fully crystallized
