Humidity control with TWO moisture removal coils

Not that I've made dozens of attempts.... but I'm starting to think that EnergyPlus was never intended to control humidity when there are two cooing coils serving the zone. The scenario is this:

1. Very high internal humidity load (15-20 w/sq.ft. equivalent)
2. Very high lighting load (20-30 w/sq.ft.)
3. Very low people count and thus very low ventilation.
4. An air loop serving a single zone with a variable speed, DX, CoolReheat cooling coil (designed for high moisture / latent removal)
5. VRF system also serving the zone (designed for removal of the remaining sensible load)
6. Humidistat and Humidity:Maximum setpoint manager

Humidity control is dismal after MANY attempts using various approaches, all of which have worked well on past projects when ONE cooling coil affected the zone.

How can I determine whether what I'm attempting is feasible in EnergyPlus?
