Unhandled exception with Openstudio application v1.0.1

Using openstudio application v1.0.1.
An unhandled exception error is pop-up after click run simulation button as below screenshot and openstudio will be crashed.

May I know how to fix it?

Do your issues happen when you have the OSM companion directory open in Windows Explorer? If so, you might be seeing this issue which has been fixed and will be available in the next OpenStudio Application release.

In the mean time, close your OSM companion directory in Windows Explorer while you are using the OpenStudio Application or SketchUp Plugin.
