Before using BCVTB for co-simulation of Matlab and energyplus, must I install Ptolemy 2? Or just installing BCVTB is enough (and Java as BCVTB required).

And When I install Ptolemy 2, there always is an error as the figure shown. Does this error influence the use of Ptolemy2? because I found there are some apps (.exe) of Ptolemy2 that have been installed successfully even after this error appears.

Thanks for any response. image description

No, you don't need to install Ptolemy II.
