How can we add backup heat to a VRF system in openstudio?

After you've added the VRF terminal unit to the zone, you can then add another object (such as baseboards or unit heater) to the same zone. This way the VRF equipment comes on first when heating is needed followed by the backup if needed.

I use a VRF system in my model, and I want to add a backup system (such as baseboard or heating coil) to the thermal zone. As you said, I added baseboards to my thermal zones in addition to VRF system, but I want to use this backup system when the temperature is below -20 C. However, I don't know how I can set a temperature (e.g -20 C) at which my baseboards start working.
